Reorder PDF pages

Put your PDF pages in any order you want.

🔒 Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Enter the new page order, for example 3,1,2. A new PDF is built in exactly that sequence.

How to reorder PDF pages

  1. Add your PDF to the panel.
  2. Enter the new page order, for example 3,1,2.
  3. Click the button and download a PDF with exactly that sequence.

When to reorder PDF pages

Scanned stacks and assembled documents often have pages in the wrong order: a cover sheet that arrived last, or sections collated incorrectly. Reordering fixes the sequence in seconds without re-scanning anything.

It is also handy for building custom bundles: move the executive summary to the front, or place appendices exactly where a reviewer expects them.

Why reorder PDFs in your browser

The rearrangement runs locally, so the document never leaves your device. There is no upload, no queue, and no account.

Free in the browser on any device. The PDF Shrink iPhone app offers the same local editing offline.
